Engagements are fixed-fee where appropriate, scoped in writing upfront. Where fixed pricing does not fit (for example, ongoing advisory or open-ended matters), fees are a function of the time spent and the rates of the team working on the engagement, agreed with you before work starts.
Our particular sweet spot is family businesses, multi-shareholder groups, franchise and multi-site operators, hospitality, and inventory-heavy businesses running on Cin7. We also work with owners across professional services, manufacturing, property and trades. The exception is heavily regulated industries (banking, super funds, major resources) that need specialist firms.
Discovery call typically within a week. If we’re a fit and you proceed, onboarding inside two weeks, work begins within three. Faster for urgent matters like EOFY planning or sale preparation. Tell us the deadline.
Xero-first, fully fluent in MYOB and QuickBooks Online. For inventory-heavy businesses we work extensively with Cin7. For multi-site we integrate with Lightspeed, Square and most major POS systems. If you are on something else, tell us. We have probably worked with it.
If we’re a fit, you get a written scope of work within 48 hours with a fixed fee. You decide whether to proceed. If we’re not the right fit, we’ll tell you and (where we can) point you to someone who is.
Yes, we’re registered with the Tax Practitioners Board and operate as a Chartered Accountant firm under CA ANZ standards. Professional indemnity insurance maintained per CA ANZ requirements.
